About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting our clients’ brand standards. This full-time, entry-level role offers hands-on training and guidance to help you develop strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. You’ll interact directly with customers, handle enquiries, and contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries with professionalism
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate support
* Represent clients’ brands across various customer-facing platforms
* Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
* Assist with customer feedback collection and report insights to the team
* Contribute ideas in team meetings and participate in training sessions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Build strong customer relationships and uphold brand reputation
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is beneficial — but not essential
