Bishop Vaughan Catholic School is a high performing 11–18 school, placed among the Top Ten highest performing state schools in Wales by the Sunday Times Parent Power Guide 2025. The successful applicant will be capable of teaching across the History curriculum, including Key Stage Five. The post will commence on 1 January 2026. You must be a committed team player with a clear vision for high performance and raising outcomes, able to motivate and inspire students of all abilities, and prepared to work collaboratively to enhance our culture of high expectations and attainment. There is a clear emphasis in our school on research-informed pedagogy and the highest standards of teaching and learning. Application Please write a letter of application (no longer than two sides of A4 and size 12 font) setting out:
