As we continue to expand into new global sports, we’re growing our Licensing Team to manage the increasing demands of royalty reporting and internal collaboration.
Role Purpose
The successful candidate will provide the business with a broad range of detailed reporting, including royalty reports and campaign performance. You’ll also deliver clear, actionable insights and data analysis within the commercial and licensing teams. You will be central to ensuring royalty payments are accurately tracked and prioritised with the finance team, in addition you’ll have a leading role in the development and refinement of the B2B Growth Potential scoring model ensuring the business is able to prioritise content, campaigns and CRM activities effectively.
Candidate Profile
* Analytical thinker with experience in B2B revenue operations, digital marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
* Curious and commercially aware, not just reporting data but interpreting it to drive growth.
* 3–5 years experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or revenue operations. Formula 1, sports, or sponsorship experience a plus.
Required Skills
* Strong skills in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Monday.com dashboards).
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills preferred.
* Ability to create KPI frameworks for sales and marketing performance.
* Experience linking CRM data with website analytics, campaigns, and revenue.
* Strong communication skills, able to present insights clearly to executives.
Key Responsibilities
* Royalty Reporting: Prepare, review, and submit royalty reports for licensors ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
* KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on multi-SKU adoption, pipeline velocity, retention rates, and campaign ROI.
* System & Process Improvement: Assist in the development and optimisation of reporting systems and processes to ensure they can scale with the company’s growth.
* Scoring Model: Refine the Growth Potential scoring model with updated weights and performance feedback.
* Dashboards: Produce exec dashboards that combine CRM, website analytics, campaign data, and closed-won deals.
* Analysis: Run performance deep-dives on campaigns (LinkedIn, email, microsites) and sales cycles.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM Manager to ensure data integrity and insight flow into sales automations and campaigns.
* Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership.
KPIs
* Accuracy and adoption of Growth Potential scoring model.
* Timeliness and clarity of exec dashboards.
* Correlation of content/campaign engagement to pipeline and revenue.
* Leadership satisfaction with actionable insights provided.
