As a Wellbeing and Inclusion Co-ordinator, you will be expected to: To support the development, implementation and promotion of wellbeing and inclusion initiatives that create a positive, inclusive and healthy working environment across the Group. This role supports the organisations commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, along with health and wellbeing to ensure all staff feel valued, supported and engaged. Full driving licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel between sites and to event locations as required. Able to work evenings and weekends as required for specific events. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written and able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email. Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential: An understanding of data protection regulations, particularly in relation to storage, disclosure and retention of personal information. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, particularly in relation to site safety.
