Your new company Our client is recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am - 2.30pm. The role is office based in South Lanarkshire and, due to the location of the role, applicants should have access to their own transport. Your new role Reporting to the Finance Director and working as part of a team of 3, the Finance Assistant will undertake a range of duties. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: * Processing invoices *Processing payments * Inbox management *Supplier statement management * Maintaining accurate records * Liaison with suppliers via telephone and email * Associated finance and general administration What you'll need to succeed Experience in a similarly varied Finance Assistant/Finance Administrator role is required, but training can be offered in areas in which you are less experienced. You will have proven experience managing a high-volume workload. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will liaise with suppliers on a daily basis.
