I’m working with a growing law firm in Oxted that’s looking to bring in a Commercial Property Paralegal as part of its continued expansion. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in property law who’s keen to move into a more commercial-focused role and broaden their experience.\n\nWhat’s particularly appealing about this role is how open the firm is to people coming from a Residential Property background. If you’ve got solid property experience and are looking to transition into commercial work, this is a really good chance to make that move with support and exposure to high-quality matters.\n\nThe role You’ll be working closely with experienced Commercial Property solicitors, assisting on a wide range of matters and, as you settle in, there will be scope to manage your own caseload.\n\nWork will include:\n

* Assisting on commercial property transactions\n\t

* Leases, renewals and variations\n\t
\n\t
* Freehold and leasehold matters\n\t
\n\t
* General commercial property support\n\t
\n\n\n
This is a hands-on role with genuine responsibility and room to grow.\n\nWho this would suit

* A paralegal with at least 12 months’ experience in property law\n\t
\n\t
* Experience in Residential Property is very welcome\n\t

* Someone keen to move into a more commercial practice area\n\t
