We are seeking talented Engineers to join our Signature Team within Technology. Your role will be vital in building our signature capability and supporting emerging signature challenges across the enterprise.
As an engineer, you will lead signature analysis and work to develop improved signature concepts, coordinating efforts across design, analysis, and testing teams.

What you will be doing:
* Conduct analysis and provide guidance to ensure signature targets are met.
* Strategic planning to enhance our signature capabilities.
* Liaise with various stakeholders including boat programmes and customers.
* Coordinate design, analysis, and testing efforts to improve signature performance.
* Provide technical guidance and develop team capabilities.
Who we are looking for:
* Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Noise & Vibration experience is preferred but not mandatory.
* Interest in noise & vibration assessments.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
* Strong analytical, logical, and innovative thinking skills.
* Effective communication across teams and disciplines.
* Experience in R&D, analysis, and validation activities.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
