Overview
We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist for a busy podiatry practice in the centre of Wigan.
Hours are currently Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 2pm. More hours may be available in the future.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Welcome patients to the clinic and handle phone calls, making appointments and answering queries.
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing of patient records, ordering supplies and sending and replying to emails.
* Take payments from patients, using card machine, and maintain records of payments.
* Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
Experience and Skills Required
* Prior experience of reception or other customer facing work
* Experience of using computers and Microsoft Office applications
* Friendly, helpful and approachable
* Clear, polite communication both verbally and in writing
* Ability to use own initiative whilst ensuring podiatrists are kept updated on tasks performed
