The role
Ferrovial Construction is seeking Graduate Quality Engineers to assist with, and sometimes be responsible for, daily activities on major UK infrastructure projects. The 3-year graduate development programme is designed to develop personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach. You will work under the supervision of Quality Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to achieving health and safety standards in line with company policy and uphold quality standards on our projects.
Key Accountabilities
* Assist in writing and reviewing quality documentation, including Quality Management Plans and Inspection and Test Plans.
* Support the development of briefing and communication strategies to ensure understanding and implementation of quality plans by all employees and subcontractors.
* Monitor compliance of construction works on-site and relevant documentation in accordance with Works Information, Ferrovial standards, and Technical Standards.
* Assist in preparing reports for the senior Quality team.
* Support the Project Quality Manager with investigations and audits.
* Advise on quality requirements and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Promote customer requirements throughout the business.
* Adopt and promote Ferrovial Construction UK Vision and Values.
* Take ownership of assigned work.
* Adhere to safety regulations on-site and ensure staff compliance.
* Support Ferrovial Construction’s Environmental and Sustainability policies and procedures.
Skills and Competence
We are looking for graduates with:

* A degree or Masters (all disciplines considered).
