Working in retail as a Topps Tiles Sales Assistant is a unique experience. As a valued member of a small team, you’ll help customers visualize their projects, assisting them in finding the perfect products for their tiling needs.
As a sales assistant at Topps Tiles, you’ll do more than just operate the till. You’ll develop valuable sales skills, support customers, and contribute to store revenue.
Unlike other retail jobs, you won’t need to work late evenings, and you’ll enjoy 3 days off over Christmas.
Additionally, you’ll earn commission on each sale you facilitate.
You’ll build lasting relationships with our regular trade customers, use your creativity to inspire them, and gain product knowledge to advise both trade and retail customers on the best products for their needs.
The best part? No prior knowledge of tiles or retail is required!
