Your new role Key responsibilities include: Greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring our sign-in procedure is followed. Updating our switchboard with our colleague’s movements and meetings. Customer cheque returns where relevant. Regular contact with our customers adhering to our lone working policy. Daily fulfilment and distribution of any customer letters for all departments. Booking our meeting rooms via our integral booking system. Receiving day-to-day deliveries and distributing accordingly. Answering all incoming calls in a timely manner, ensuring they are passed to the best person or department to effectively handle their query. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this highly visible role, you will have: Strong proficiency in IT with the ability to pick up new systems. Have excellent attention to detail Punctual, dependable and consistent.
