Our client, a leading Wealth Management Company is seeking an Executive Assistant on a temporary basis for 8-12 weeks. with exceptional organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with the utmost confidentiality. You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities by managing day-to-day operations, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
About the Role:
* Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, board sessions, and investor briefings
* Coordinate global travel, itineraries, and regional roadshows
* Prepare high-quality briefings, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
* Handle inbox management, correspondence, and act as first point of contact for stakeholders
* Track strategic initiatives, action points, and support CEO priorities
* Manage expenses, invoices, and assist with events, offsites, and board meetings
About you:
* Proven experience supporting C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff, ideally in financial services or wealth management
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence and presentations
* High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Experience operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with senior stakeholders
