Communicate and promote marketing programs and activities with social media, PR and email marketing teams. Host competitions, webinars, and online events, handling any logistics and delivering what is needed for these programs Identifies and cultivates key relationships with applicable internal and external stakeholders. Continually collaborates with internal peers, and/or suppliers to effectively define, develop and execute marketing strategies and programs. Creates, develops and manage the introduction of new programs, marketing activities and events. Discuss obligations and requirements with outside suppliers for the development and delivery of marketing programs. May oversee the tracking of supplier activities. Other duties as assigned. Solid presentation skills to the public Ability to use project management and workflow systems like Workfront or Gant Charts Targeting content and campaigns to encourage recruitment, participation and feedback from a community or customers Desirable Skills: The ability to engage with Engineers and Makers Understanding of the world of electronics, Makers, and Engineers. Experience hosting webinars or presenting publicly. Basic experience with HTML and CSS Understanding of metrics reporting with tools such as Adobe Analytics Previous use of Project Management Software Previous use of Content Management Systems Understanding of good SEO Practices for website content. Ability to communicate or understand languages other than English. Previous experience with managing or engaging with an online Community for welcoming, recruitment, advocacy and gamification Knowledge of embedded electronics and electrical products Experience working with development teams and Jira ticketing system Work Experience: 3 Years Experience within the Electronics, Marketing or community industries with a bachelor's degree Experience within online or offline community environments in a paid or volunteer role.
