We are now looking for an General Manager who will champion this vision, inspire our 50‑strong team and drive the continued success of our acclaimed 2 AA Rosette restaurant.
Responsibilities
* Leading all day‑to‑day operations with strategic oversight, ensuring seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences.
* Championing ALBA’s hospitality ethos, elevating service standards and fostering a culture of excellence.
* Driving commercial performance through effective labour control, cost management and proactive sales growth initiatives.
* Coaching, motivating and developing a high‑performing leadership team across the restaurant and bar.
* Analyzing operational performance, implementing improvements and ensuring compliance with all H&S and licensing requirements.
* Building strong guest relationships, resolving issues with confidence and creating a loyal community of ALBA advocates.
* Collaborating closely with the senior leadership team to deliver financial targets, revenue forecasts and long‑term business plans.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a General Manager in a high‑volume, premium restaurant—ideally within Italian or Mediterranean fine dining.
* A strong understanding of guest‑focused, premium hospitality in an elevated dining environment.
* A track record of managing large teams and delivering exceptional service while achieving commercial success.
* Expertise in operational controls, labour planning and sales‑driving initiatives.
* A natural leader with emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and an inspiring presence on the floor.
* A passion for Italian cuisine and wine.
* Professional, polished and aligned with ALBA’s modern, vibrant identity.
