As the Clinical Pharmacist your responsibilities will vary. You will: Ensure the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality pharmaceutical service Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring a safe and modern medicines management services Work independently providing a service that includes medication reviews, repeat prescriptions, managing long term health conditions, medicines reconciliation, audits, answering patients medications queries. This role will support Ramsbury & Wanborough Surgery.
