Your new role
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Haemophilia portfolio. Responsibilities include creating brand plans, driving omnichannel campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global strategy andpliance standards. The role involves close engagement with healthcare professionals, patient organisations and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives that improve patient oues.
- Develop and implement brand and marketing plans with strong customer insights.
- Collaborate with global teams to integrate local market needs into strategy.
- Lead digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives.
- Support sales teams through training and engagement plans.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs and patient groups.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and manage local marketing budget.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years' UK pharmaceutical brand management experience.
- Scientific degree.
- ABPI qualified and strong knowledge of the UK healthcare system.
- Proficiency in Veeva and digital marketing platforms.
