The schemes vary in size from 200 to 400 units, all of which are RC Frame, in North London and have a build time of 2 years from start to finish from 1st fix through to CML's
As the Assistant Site Manager on site, you will be working underneath a Site Manager, you will help to manage the timescales of the project, health and safety of the site and the sub-contractors you will be working with. You must hold all the tickets to be based on site, such as SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and have a solid career history of delivering residential new build schemes from start to finish at Assistant Site Manager Level.
