The Opportunity This isn't a clipboard-and-desk type of job. You'll be leading from the front: helping to oversee warehouse operations, managing stock and logistics, and getting stuck in with the team on deliveries, installations, and client setups. You'll also play a key role in shaping the operation as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Helping to lead, training and motivating a warehouse and distribution team. Planning and optimising logistics and delivery schedules. Overseeing inventory levels and ensuring high warehouse standards. Getting hands-on with event kit: from picking to loading to client delivery. Acting as an on-site representative with clients and ensuring service excellence. Ensuring compliance with health & safety protocols. Monitoring performance metrics and suggesting improvements. Liaising with office-based teams to keep everything running smoothly. What You'll Need Experience in warehouse, distribution or event operations. Supervisory or Team Leader experience with a practical, can-do attitude. A full UK Driving Licence (essential).
