Role and responsibilities
As part of our expansion of the Inclusion Provision across our family of schools, PACT is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Inclusion Support Worker to support pupils with complex SEND in either mainstream classrooms or our Resource Base provision. Initially based at Highfield Primary School. You will play a vital role in ensuring every child receives the care, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
* Support children with complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in learning environments.
* Work independently and as part of a team to support learners with diverse needs.
* Contribute to an inclusive ethos and adapt approaches to individual pupil needs.
