On behalf of NatWest, AMS are seeking Customer Service Advisors to provide excellent service for our clients. The role will be based in Lombard Asset finance where you will be speaking with clients, processing documentation, providing assistance and resolve any queries or issues. You'll be integral in guiding and supporting our valued customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals What we can offer: Full-time - Temporary Contract ending on 31st December 2025 £13.75 per hour Weekly pay 33 holidays each year including Bank Holidays (pro rata) Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Location: Discovery House, Callflex Business Park, Rotherham, S63 7EF Fully paid training. The first 4 -6 weeks of training will be based in office. Start Date - 7th July 2025. Earlier start dates are dependent on pre engagement vetting Hybrid working schedule once approved by the manager, is 2 days in office each month. What you'll do Customers will be at the very heart of your role, so you'll be committed to providing outstanding service in every interaction. You'll work with high levels of accuracy as you provide each customer with a seamless and positive experience. You will also be involved in a current migration process involving administration processing and data entry. Day-to-day, you'll be: Having proactive conversations, understanding the needs of our customers and helping them with their banking needs Completing general administration duties and processing documentation for customers Completing inbound or outbound calls to suppliers and customers Collaborating with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience Reviewing documentation and requesting documentation in relation to asset finance for customers Use of multiple systems and attention to detail to allow thorough processing of applications Use of excellent attention to detail and data accuracy The skills you'll need To be successful in this role you'll need to be motivated and driven to develop your career and have a customer centric approach to your work.
