1. Manage audits from planning to completion
2. Mentor Audit Seniors and Audit Semi Seniors and support them with their learning and development
3. Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are met
4. Able to work alongside and part of the senior management team and support company growth
5. Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients
6. Provide professional client-facing communication skills
