* Responding to queries via phone and email, and directing them to the appropriate teams
* Monitoring the accounts inbox and ensuring timely responses
* Posting incoming payments and performing daily reconciliations
* Processing daily claims payments and managing associated queries
* Following up on outstanding payments and assisting with debt collection
* Communicating with clients to resolve payment discrepancies
* Supporting the Management Accountant and Financial Controller with ad hoc tasks
