Job Title: Quality Systems Specialist

Contract Type: Full Time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Duration: 6 - 12 Months initially

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Quality Systems Specialist to join our clients team. This role is responsible for reviewing, configuring, and maintaining new material requests across all Company Solutions sites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and internal quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in aerospace materials and configuration management.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with global teams to ensure material configurations align with business and regulatory requirements.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to implement new material requests in accordance with industry, customer, and company standards.
Maintain and manage technical documentation repositories to support configuration control.
Apply FAA restrictions and OEM/customer requirements to material profiles.
Audit and update system data to ensure accuracy and compliance across material records.Required Skills & Experience:
2-4 years of relevant experience (6-8 years preferred), or a combination of education and practical experience.
Strong ability to interpret material drawings and catalogs across various design holders.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Solid understanding of aerospace hardware standards and specifications.
