Responsibilities
* Act as a Ricoh ambassador who exceeds performance expectations and demonstrates Ricoh values.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and support divisional budget requirements.
* Provide strategic insight into customers' businesses, helping them adopt innovative solutions that solve their challenges.
* Use a consultative selling approach to diagnose customer issues and propose sustainable, customized solutions across IT, RGS and outsourcing services.
* Increase Ricoh's brand credibility and position the company as a trusted digital services partner.
* Help customers choose purchasing decisions that align with their long‑term strategy, reducing complexity and risk.
* Drive sales, margins and deliver customer value in any economic environment.
* Protect premium pricing through well‑designed solutions and proactively identify key stakeholders via strategic account plans.
* Determine and track success metrics, demonstrating ROI based on customer performance.
* Maintain accurate sales data across systems to enable analysis of opportunities, pipeline and interactions.
* Utilise social media to promote the Ricoh brand and build high‑level contacts and networks.
Ideal Profile
* Significant experience in B2B public‑sector sales.
* Track record of successful end‑to‑end sales management.
* Proficiency in articulating Ricoh’s key value propositions at C‑suite level.
* Ability to identify and engage multiple key stakeholders.
* Effective questioning, active listening and presentation skills.
* Ability to inspire trust, confidence and demonstrate gravitas with customers.
* Resilient, tenacious, and able to manage risks appropriately.
* Empathetic selling approach, understanding the customer’s point of view.
* Deep understanding of the customer’s business and economic drivers.
* Commercially aware, keeping abreast of market changes.
* Willing to share different or controversial views.
* Analytical thinking, bringing fresh insight to complex issues.
* Strong two‑way communication and negotiation skills.
