Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for success. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing business solutions from world leading product manufacturers. We follow a structured process that provides customers a clear insight into who we are and what we do. We then expect the successful candidate to overlap their proven personality into the process to create long term meaningful relationships within our market. We apply continuous training and development and have a stable of very experienced mentors to assist you with any questions or direction. 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays and an extra 2 days after 2 years' service.

What You'll Do

* Prospect and Generate Leads: You'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients via phone, Mail & email, introducing them to our solutions and converting leads and enquiries into Teams appointments.
* We focus on professional business relationships with mature SME businesses and have a wide range of solutions that add value, improve functionality and reduce costs for our customers.
* Build Relationships: Develop and maintain a relationship with prospects & customers through a tried and tested process, ensuring they understand the value of our products and services.
* Collaborate: Work closely within our experienced Sales team to convert leads into sales.
* Develop: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our solutions through ongoing training to continuously improve your knowledge and sales skills.
* We are a serious business committed to growth & training both personally and as a company and we have been doing this for 33 years.
* Office based but on larger applications or when required we visit customers face to face to explore their requirements in detail for more complicated solutions.
* You will be negotiating in some cases large value contracts (up to £40K in hardware) at FD, MD, IT Director levels alongside our experienced team so professional standards need to be accepted and understood.
* You can if successful double your basic salary in earnings with commissions and bonus if you follow our sales process and apply your training.

* Experience: We're looking for energetic and focused talent, ideally with 2 years' experience in a business 2 business sales role.
* Ambition: We need you to be hungry for success and eager to jump into a professional sales role wanting to develop your sales career.
* Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to make the most from this opportunity.
* Willingness to Learn: A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about our products and solutions.
