Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
You'll be allocating reactive work received, taking into consideration distances, productivity and customer needs, supporting the management team and dealing with customer enquiries, complains and
We'll encourage you to promote proactive customer contacts which will help you deliver excellent customer service and act as a focal point to resolve any issues that may come up.
Due to the nature of this role you'll work in shift patterns which are as follows;
10 hour days, 4 on/4off 365 days, the average working hours will be 35 hours per week.
Your shift pattern will be 10:00am - 20.30pm
