We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate SEND Teacher to join one of our brilliant partner schools in Bradford.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in inclusive environments and genuinely enjoys helping pupils with additional needs reach their potential. Whether your background is in autism support, SEMH, or complex needs, you’ll have the space to teach, nurture, and make a real impact every day.
What you’ll be doing:
* Teaching and supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Creating creative, individualised learning experiences
* Working closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to keep pupils progressing
* Bringing positivity and patience to every lesson
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Previous experience in an SEND or alternative provision setting
* A caring, flexible, and resilient approach to teaching
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
