The Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be an essential part of the kitchen team, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. You’ll assist with washing up, keeping prep areas spotless, supporting the chefs, and ensuring hygiene standards are consistently high.

Role Specification
* Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to the highest standard
* Manage waste disposal and recycling throughout the day
* Maintain cleanliness of fridges, freezers, storage areas, and handwashing stations
* Support with daily and weekly cleaning checklists and health & safety compliance
* Restock service areas with clean crockery, cutlery, and kitchen essentials
* Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and wear appropriate PPE
* Work flexibly and support your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
What We're Looking For

* Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends

Shift Patterns
* Part-time - 4 days per week, 32 hours per week
* Note: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business. This includes working weekends and bank holidays.
