Shape Singapore’s EV Charging Future
EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (LTA), is driving the nationwide rollout of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. From upgrading electrical systems to deploying charging points across Singapore’s residential carparks, our work supports a cleaner, more sustainable transport ecosystem for all.
We are looking for an Assistant Director, Stakeholder Engagement to play a critical role in bringing people, partnerships, and projects together—accelerating charger deployment while delivering an excellent charging experience for users across Singapore.
Your Role
You will work at the heart of EVe’s operations, managing complex stakeholder relationships and translating engagement into tangible outcomes.
* Lead engagement with key stakeholders including Advisers, Town Councils, partners, and members of the public.
* Drive timely and effective resolution of customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints in line with service standards.
* Support the execution of charger deployment and electrical infrastructure upgrade plans through strong partnerships.
* Chair stakeholder meetings, align expectations, and advance constructive conflict resolution.
* Enhance the EV charging customer experience by identifying operational gaps and user pain points, and working with internal teams to improve processes and workflows.
* Monitor service performance, KPIs, and standards to ensure consistent service excellence.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualification with at least 10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, service delivery and/or stakeholder engagement or customer relations, including strong people management experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in public service or community partnerships, customer experience (CX), and/or the engineering or transport services sector will be an advantage.
