What You’ll Be Doing:
* Gathering and analysing requirements to define system and process changes
* Mapping business impact and identifying solutions aligned with wider project goals
* Creating BA documentation to support process improvement and operational changes
* Working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver and embed business transformation
* Contributing to governance and transition checkpoints throughout project delivery
* Assessing the success of transformation efforts and adjusting interventions as needed
* Supporting ongoing reporting, risk assessment, and governance activity
