Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Officer for an immediate start within the Shared Services team in Armagh. This role involves supporting current recruitment demands within the Trust. Initially, the position is temporary for 3 months with a possibility of extension. The pay rate is £13.57 per hour for a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Responsibilities include screening candidates for current vacancies, arranging interviews, managing a caseload of recruitment activities, supervising others, and ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed using Trust systems. You will also handle queries related to recruitment and selection from managers, staff, and the public.
Requirements:
* 2 A Levels or equivalent/higher qualification
* At least 18 months of administration experience
* Excellent computer and communication skills
* HR or Recruitment experience
