Senior Marketing Manager – German speaking Hybrid (Minimum 1 day/week in Berkshire office)

We’re seeking a commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing activity in the German market for one of our long-standing clients in the FMCG consumer wellness space. This is a pivotal role focused on hands-on execution in the short term, with the opportunity to evolve into a more strategic leadership position over time.
This person will drive brand awareness, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and help shape the future of brand presence in Germany. You will be the main point of contact for a newly onboarded media agency, responsible for managing and optimising campaigns with significant TV and digital budgets

~ Marketing Execution
Lead day-to-day marketing initiatives focused on execution in the German market.
Deliver against business goals through TV, digital, and performance marketing.
Evolve the brand's reach from online-dominant to include in-store retail expansion.
Set clear expectations, evaluate performance, and manage €5–6M advertising spend.
Deliver both brand-building and performance TV campaigns.
Evaluate and potentially refresh the brand ambassador strategy—a high-impact initiative.
Commercial & Analytical Focus
Analyse campaign performance and optimise in real-time.
Translate data insights into actionable marketing plans.
Work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities.
Participate in creative development alongside the CEO and Marketing Director.
Fluent in German and English – essential for campaign localisation and team communication.
Experience managing large-scale budgets (€2M+), ideally in TV and digital channels.
Track record of driving brand and performance marketing campaigns.
Willingness to work from the Bracknell office at least 1 day per week.
Experience in creative development and working with brand ambassadors.
Prior exposure to performance TV or campaign-led brand growth
