Senior Tax Manager
Location: Surrey | Flexible Hybrid Working, 2 days per week in the office
Salary: £85,000–£100,000 + bonus + benefits
Alexander Lloyd is exclusively partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing organisations to appoint a talented Senior Tax Manager.
This is a key role providing direct tax compliance, advisory and risk management expertise to support the group’s ambitious UK and international growth plans.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage all direct tax compliance processes and deadlines
* Advise the business on direct tax matters with a strong commercial focus
* Lead on tax planning initiatives and support strategic decision-making
* Maintain best practice in tax risk management and governance
* Monitor legislative changes and drive the implementation of necessary updates
* Build strong relationships across finance, legal and leadership teams
What you’ll need:
* Fully qualified accountant or tax advisor: ACCA, ACA or CTA
* Solid UK corporate tax experience gained within a multinational or complex business
* Ability to interpret and explain technical issues clearly to stakeholders
* Commercially minded, with excellent communication skills
