As Sous Chef, youll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation, maintain exceptional standards, and inspire the team to consistently deliver outstanding food.
What youll be doing: Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen management
Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen financials including GP targets
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
Driving creativity and contributing to menu development
What were looking for: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Background in high-volume, premium casual dining or branded concepts
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for quality food, innovation, and guest experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Solid understanding of kitchen financials and cost control
