The role
As Head of Retail, you will lead the UK commercial strategy in line with global objectives, owning key national retail relationships and guiding a London‑based retail and field team.
* Develop and deliver the UK sales strategy aligned to global goals
* Own UK revenue targets, forecasting and budget management
* Identify opportunities to expand distribution and grow market share
* Lead and manage key national retail partners, including department stores and prestige beauty retailers
