The role of this position involves working in a team and independently to meet customers' needs such as postage, personal and business banking, insurances, travel money, western union and many more retail services. We are looking for motivated individuals who have a drive to sell our range of products and services with excellent customer service. Expecting the duties to include with Post office and retail sales counter within the same location as needed
* Proven experience in an office clerical role including retail sales is a must
* Must be familiar with daily post office operations (daily, weekly & monthly tasks)
* Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills demonstrating professional etiquette while assisting clients or colleagues
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborating team
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
* Availability of early morning or late afternoon shifts
* Zero hours contract
Education:
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
* English language proficiency (high)
Experience:
* Customer service: 1 year (required)
* Post office experience: 1 year minimum
* Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Pay: Starts from £12.21 hour
Expected hours: Roughly 20 hours per week may increasing to full time schedule with weekend, weekdays including public holidays rotations.
Pay: £12.30-£13.00 per hour
