Job Description
3. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
4. Manage the budgeting process and monitor financial performance.
5. Oversee financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
6. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
7. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
9. Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting standards and practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
11. A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
12. Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
13. Experience within the Not For Profit sector is desirable but not essential.
14. Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
