Role: Receptionist support (Car-Dealership)
Location: Dudley
Hourly Rate: £12.21ph
Hours of Work: Flexible hours - Monday to Friday- between 8am and 5.30pm
Are you a highly organised individual with experience working in a car-dealership? We are looking for a motivated Admin/ Clerical/ receptionist support team member to joing our client.
In this role you will play a vital part in keeping our customer service and internal operations running smoothly. While many of the tasks are repetitive and routing, they are crucial to our day-to-day success.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calls to customers providing an update on orders.
Creating and updating customer profiles on ADP/ Keyloop - inputting data from customer emails and voicemail messages.
Monitoring and managing email inbox and internal messaging systems.
Sending regular updates to customer about the status of parts orders and deliveries.
Supporting the CRM team by helping to clear backlog work, enter data, and maintain accurate records.
Carrying out general clerical and receptionist duties such as; scanning, data entry, and filing.
Successful candidates will have;
Experience using ADP or Keyloop systems (Essential)
Comfortable working with repetitive or mundane administrative tasks - completing them with care and consistency.
Confident and professional phone manner.
Strong attention to detail, and accurcy when handling customer information.
Abilitiy to multitask while remaining calm and organised under pressure.
Prior expeirence in a dealership or automotive environment (desirable)
Flexible hours of work but must be withing the hours of 8am and 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
