Class 2 Driver – Runcorn
Schedule: Monday to Friday – weekends optional
Pay Rate: £16.23 per hour
Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting an experienced Class 2 Driver for a well-established logistics operation based in Runcorn. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional driver looking for long-term stability and consistent day-time work.
Role Details:
* Multi-drop deliveries to commercial sites across the region
* Some handball involved, including occasional heavy lifting
* Ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time
* Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and completing daily checks
* Following all road transport and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
* Valid CPC and digital tachograph card
* Maximum of 6 points on licence (no major endorsements)
* Newly qualified drivers welcome
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
