This is an excellent opportunity to join my client, a respected, sustainability:minded Multidisciplinary Consultancy, renowned for lending their skills and expertise to a variety of projects across the transport planning, infrastructure, and water sectors. They are currently seeking a skilled, committed SuDS Designer, who is willing to take on a number of challenging projects across the region. You will be based near the modern, convenient town of Stevenage.

Responsibilities for the role of SuDS Designer include:
* Producing detailed Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) designs for a variety of projects, primarily residential developments
* Contributing to planning applications and construction phases
* Developing a range of sustainable drainage and infrastructure solutions across the local region
* Collaborating with a team of experts in the field, contributing to a range of exciting projects
Required skills and experience for the role of SuDS Designer include:
* A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, etc.)
* Extensive experience of SuDS and wider Civil Engineering design, particularly for residential projects and new developments
* Excellent working knowledge of the relevant software systems, including AutoCAD, Causeway Flow, InfoDrainage/MicroDrainage, Civils 3D, etc.
* Substantial experience of producing detailed designs in support of planning applications and at varying stages of construction
* Competent understanding of the relevant Section Agreements (e.g., S104, S38, etc.)
* Good working knowledge of flood risk and mitigation, including Flood Risk Assessments, etc.
Desirable skills and experience for the role of SuDS Designer include:
* A Masters Degree (or higher qualification) in Civil Engineering, Hydrology, etc.
* Possess Chartered Status with a relevant Professional Body (e.g., ICE, CIWEM, etc.), or actively working to attain this
* Possess a full, valid UK Driving Licence
