Motor Vehicle Assessor (Fixed Term - 24 Months)
Location: North Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £34,000
Key Responsibilities
* Assess learners, plan inductions, and develop individual learning plans with employers
* Support apprentices to achieve their standards and prepare for End Point Assessment
* Provide guidance to learners and employers, including 20% off‑the‑job training requirements
* Build relationships with employers to recruit learners and grow provision
* Manage a caseload and contribute to course delivery and planning
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle (minimum)
* Industry experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
