Summary
The Governors of Pilling St John's CE Primary School & Nursery are seeking to appoint an inspirational Room Leader who is highly motivated, creative thinking with high standards at the heart of their practice to join a very strong team of practitioners. Applicants must be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent, with experience of working with children in the Early Years (0-5) and possessing the following key attributes and skills:
* A key aspect of our school, and one that sets us apart from the rest, is our location and modern facilities which are based in rural Pilling with our site consisting of a Forest School, specific age appropriate outdoor areas and set in a beautiful rural area.
* Our practice and provision is high quality with the ethos of high expectations and delivering outstanding provision.
* We are a Lead Foundation Stage School and work in collaboration with the Lancashire Early Years Team and Red Rose Letters and Sounds - staffed by a Lead Foundation Teacher and Red Rose Letters and Sounds Lead teacher for Early Reading (please see our Vlog here to get more information).
