Our client Brennan Industries is enjoying continued success globally and as part of their rapid expansion in the UK, theyve recently opened a stunning new office facility in Aldridge, requiring a new Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
Youll be responsible for executing the companys integrated marketing strategy, in a hands-on role managing all marketing channels with a focus on digital. The Marketing Manager will also help to lead strategy throughout the business, engaging in sales enablement and events, all to raise brand awareness and ultimately increase qualified leads & sales.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Act as the go-to person in-region for all immediate marketing related needs
2. Lead the execution of all literature & video content, event programs and presence at exhibitions/tradeshows (working with the global content team)
3. Manage all digital marketing channels and campaigns including, online blog, email, lead conversion, nurturing programs, and general website content
4. Manage third party campaigns and online promotions
5. Collaborate with the sales team to drive improvements in sales enablement, development of sales tools, and distributor channel enablement.
6. Collate and interpret analytics, presenting recommendations from your analysis
Skills & Experience
Essential
7. Experience in marketing team leadership, implementing successful integrated marketing strategies
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
9. Demonstrable proficiency in both Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot
10. Exceptional time management and organisational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
11. First class written and verbal communication skills
12. Proficiency working with Mac and Microsoft Office Suite
13. Willing to travel up to 10% of the time
Desirable
14. Marketing Experience in distribution, industrial engineering or manufacturing
15. Experience working with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and similar tools
16. Desire to lead a team in the future, as the department is likely to grow in the coming years
17. Website/SEO/e-commerce experience to best support the implementation of the forthcoming new website
