You will work closely with the Assurance & Business Manager and a dedicated team to ensure services consistently exceed standards, harness evidence-based approaches, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and keep services inspection‑ready.
Responsibilities
* Produce advice and guidance on quality assurance.
* Analyse reports and monitor service performance.
* Manage information systems and support inspection preparations.
* Generate quality assurance reports and present data for meetings.
* Maintain up‑to‑date content on the adult social care website.
* Support development of directorate strategies, contribute to business continuity planning, and aid learning from complaints, compliments, and FOI requests.
Qualifications
* Experience working in an Adult Social Care or Health environment, focusing on quality assurance, compliance, or improvement.
* Strong understanding of CQC requirements and the Care Act 2014.
* Confidence analysing data and reports, supporting inspections and reviews, and using learning from complaints and performance information to drive improvement.
* Experience of project support, managing change, and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of data protection and risk management.
* Ability to communicate accurately in spoken English (following the Government’s Code of Practice on the English Language Fluency Duty).
