Role Summary

Day-to-day Duties of the Role
* Answering phones and booking appointments
* Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
* Registering new clients
* Completing insurance forms
* Dispensing medications
* Taking payments
* Providing a warm and welcoming experience to clients arriving at the practice
What We're Looking For
* Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus
* Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations
* An excellent communicator with strong empathy
* Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
* A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
