What you’ll do on a typical day:
Produce daily and weekly warehouse resource plans, highlighting risks and resourcing gaps
* Compile and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports covering productivity, skills and holiday balances
* Support warehouse managers with resource visibility, skills balance analysis and required adjustments
* Lead weekly planning meetings and maintain accurate operational summaries
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Yellow Belt‑style projects
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Strong numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail
* Confident user of Excel (including XLOOKUP, PivotTables and data manipulation)
* Clear communicator able to lead planning discussions and share insights
* Proactive and organised, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Comfortable working with data to identify gaps, trends and opportunities
