The Rougham Estate is based in the Suffolk countryside with ancient meadows, green lanes, oak-lined hedgerows, ponds, bluebells, orchids and parklands. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Personal Assistant to support the Estate Manager in overseeing the operations of a busy and diverse estate. This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same. From managing schedules and meetings to supporting finance, HR, and IT administration, you'll play a key role in keeping projects and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* General day-to-day administration and data entry.
* Diary and meeting management, including report preparation.
* Processing expenses, invoices, and credit card receipts.
* Minute taking and following up on action points to ensure progress.
* Supporting with credit control and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
* Managing and prioritising incoming and outgoing communications.
* Overseeing health and safety documentation.
* Drafting and issuing HR letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
* Researching information and suppliers as required.
* Helping the Estate Manager prioritise workload and projects.
* IT support coordination – setting up computers for new employees and liaising with third-party providers on IT issues.
Candidate Profile
We seek an individual who demonstrates:
* Experience as a PA, EA, or administrator in a fast-paced business or operations environment.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and open to learning new systems.
* Proactive problem-solver with a positive, flexible attitude.
* Able to work independently while supporting a wider team.
* Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information.
* A clean driving licence.

Pay: £18,315.00-£27,300.00 per year
