We have an exciting new opportunity for a Fencer & Groundworker to join our property operations team in the South Region. You’ll carry out fencing and groundwork repairs – from replacing fences and gates to completing a variety of groundworks – all while delivering a reliable and professional service our customers can trust.
💰Salary: £32,200 per year
📝Contract: Permanent, full time
⏰Your week: 39 hours per week. Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm with one rotating late shift per week (10:30am–6pm)

✨Snapshot of your role
* Repair, replace and install all types of fencing, gates and ironmongery
* Carry out groundwork repairs, including paving, ramps, driveways and paths
* Complete responsive and planned maintenance to a high standard
* Inspect, specify and sign off work, including quality checks on contractors
* Provide excellent customer service as a front-line representative of Amplius
* Work safely, following health and safety, COSHH and PPE requirements
* Keep your work van maintained and report any issues in line with procedures
* Support colleagues by sharing good practice and taking part in extra pay out-of-hours rota when required
🧰Your toolkit for success
* NVQ Level 2 in Fencing, Groundwork or Construction
* Strong, proven experience of Fencing and Groundwork
* Practical skills and a good understanding of role-related health & safety
* Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused approach
* Ability to work independently using a mobile device and tablet
* Team player, willing to support and mentor colleagues
🚗 A full UK driving license is required for this role. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card for work use.
🕵️ DBS clearance is essential for this role.
