We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our friendly and high-performing team at Vertu Ford Stafford! We are offering an industry leading remuneration package including Basic Salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £50,000, a company car and a range of fantastic benefits.

About The Role
As our Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and enhancing the overall customer journey. You will be responsible for:
* Presenting finance and insurance options to customers after they’ve been qualified by the sales team
* Ensuring all financial and insurance information is shared in a clear, accurate, and compliant manner
* Supporting daily sales activities and helping drive the team toward performance targets
* Taking part in first and second-facing customer interactions
* Collaborating with colleagues to offer vehicles (new or used) alongside a suite of add-on products including finance, warranty, paint protection, and insurance
* Always aiming to deliver an outstanding, customer-focused experience
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
* Experienced in relationship-building and confident in negotiation
* Able to communicate clearly (both verbally and in writing), with a strong focus on customer needs
* Proactive and able to work independently while also contributing to a team
* Hold a full and valid UK driving licence
You Should Also Have
* Previous experience in a business or sales management role
* A strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
* A genuine passion for customer service and a problem-solving mindset
