The Company:

Based in central Oxford, they offer mostly remote working with minimum expectation of one day per week in the office.
The Role:
A key member of the Account Management Team, this role partners with Account Managers to support in the delivery of new projects, drive quality, performance and consistancy.
Duties include:
* Stakeholder management & relationship building: Works with the Account Managers to ensure expectations of stakeholders are met and ensures project documentation is maintained to include all key information
* Strategy & Growth: Supports the team in the delivery of the project strategy and monitors data to ensure growth is reviewed
* Objection handling & problem solving: Ensures appropriate conversations happen with clients and key stakeholders to identify their objectives and challenges and develops robust recommendations to achieve or overcome these
* Reporting & Analysis: Supports the team in the creation of any bespoke reporting requirements
* Client Satisfaction: Ensures surveys go out to all key users on a regular basis, collate and interprets results.
About You:
We are looking for a Graduate with at least one years working experience within a commercial environment who is a proactive individual, results driven and self motivated. A strong communicator and relationship builder.
